JUNCTION CITY, OR | 2012 Chevrolet EquinoxAugust 26, 2025On 4/25, I was advised of the needed work. I am 82 years old on a fixed income. I saved for 4 months to acquire the $$'s for said suggestions. On 4/23, the price for everything was $.875, which was after paying for other things. On 8.21.25, I took my car in to have those things done and was told by Dylan that it would be $1100 and some $$. Almost $250 more than my original quote. I was told the Windshield Wipers were under warranty, and I was given a $30 adjustment, so it sounded like a good deal. When I balked and said no, I was quoted $875 he said he did some revising and brought it down to $922, which I paid because I need my car. I am now disillusioned by Guaranty and don't want to bring my car back in for maintenance. I'm 82 but not stupid. It was not a good experience for me. I know they have the original price quoted to me in the computer. I am not happy. Thanks.Response from Guaranty Chevrolet
