As it had been awhile since I’d been there, things had been changed, and I’d usually work on my own vehicle till my back gave out, so as for the services been done to my car had been nerves wrecking cause I don’t see the work being done. But they took care of everything that the car needs, and told me that it’s all good. Next time, I would like to be in the shop along with the technician to observe their works, and this way I’ll know that everything’s will be ok. I’d been doing mechanic works for a little over 22 years, so I can be nervous at some certain point of times when I take my car to a shop.

We left our 2023 Equinox at Guaranty to find and repair a water leak we found almost by accident. The floorboards behind the front seats were soaked. Service personnel found the leak coming from a bad gasket/gaskets in the sunroof and ordered parts which always takes longer than expected. When we picked up the car about a week later, my wife checked and the floorboards were still very wet. Blake (the service manager) was surprised as were we, but he assured us they would take care of the problem and they did. They also provided us a rental car free of charge so my wife had a vehicle for a Girl Scout training. The only frustration for us was we had to make two trips from Corvallis to Junction City instead of one. Blake did an excellent job and treated us very well.

I didn't feel like I was heard when I mentioned the problem I was having with the heating system in my pickup. I looked elsewhere for service but the warranty required us to return to the dealership. The service department handled the transmission problem just fine. They told me there wasn't a problem with the heat as they had preformed diagnostics and showed me a video of an upper vent blowing very hot air. After I left the dealership, about 5 miles down the road, I checked the heat. It was still blowing cold air on my feet. I turned the heat up all the way and a tiny bit of heat could be felt. I thought, well, I guess that is just how it works. I told my son when I got home and he googled it, found may threads on this problem, ordered the part and installed the day it came in. Problem solved, the heat works great. I paid for the diagnostics out of pocket as the warranty only kicks in if there is a problem and the dealership didn't diagnose a problem. My son called and asked for a refund of the diagnostic fee as they didn't thoroughly diagnose the problem. There has been no contact from the dealership in 5 working days.

Polite,courteous and very knowledgeble on my Colorado pickup. showed me a lot on operation of the auto computer. The word was very fast and efficient.My wife was imprest with the waiting room and the rest rooms. No complaint at all. My best part was talking about my 1998 corvette with 13500 miles and the 2025 corvette in your show room with your salesman.
