Well, you're trying to upsell items (differential, break, etc.) that GM doesn't even recommend yet based on mileage and usage for a car that gets less than 6K/miles per year. Then trying to sell additives that GM doesn't recommend. It was awful, no one actually knows anything about cars all they know is to send a list of things they "recommend" that are counter to the GM info on that particular vehicle for that mileage (less than 35K total miles on a 2018). Telling me you will rotate Camaro tires (seriously guys?!) and you can't even be bothered to wash it anymore. When we bought the service package with the car, that was part of the deal. If it weren't for things already being paid for when I bought the car, I wouldn't go here at all. Especially when last time I got a quote for a battery, it was sent to me, and when I showed up I was charged TEN TIMES what the quote was due to your staff not completing an actual quote for us. Bait and switch much? You should publish this, so people can see what your business practices are really like.

Had a great time purchasing my Corvette ZO6 last weekend....Brandon was very helpful and friendly and there were no pushy sales tactics which made for an easy buying experience.
