My 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 4WD Crew Cab threw a code and all but stopped on the highway…I called your service department from I-5 after I couldn’t rev it up past 2500 rpm and told the rep what was going on. He was polite and said he thought I better try to get it into the shop to be looked at and also gave me the number of a tow company.
Jon and your crew got right on figuring out what was wrong, and let me know they thought it was a throttle body problem. They had cleared the code, told me the anticipated price of the part, and gave me their thoughts on the issue. We had already been on the highway a couple of hours and we were tired. That’s why we appreciated their fast service in getting us diagnosed and out the door so quickly.

Then came the financial part. This process normally makes you feel like all your teeth are being pulled with no anesthetic, but that is not true at Guaranty. Robb and Sue both called us back in the next day because they had both worked out better interest rates and payments for us. That has NEVER happened before and we have done a lot of deals in our life. We had a BLAST while going through the financial part with Sue. It was late in the evening and she would have been justified in rushing us through the signing but that is not what she chose to do. She ended our day in the same positive way as we had been treated ALL day.
